Graham uses his extensive knowledge and experience with the inner workings of government to help clients achieve critical policy, funding, and regulatory outcomes. Prior to joining CSG, Graham was the deputy chief of staff to Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe. In that role, he was responsible for issues management, policy development, and stakeholder engagement, as well as serving as the point person for energy, mining, agriculture, manufacturing, and other industries.
Graham also served as the chief of staff to the Ministers of Energy and Resources, the Economy, and the Crown Investments Corporation under the leadership of Premier Moe and Premier Wall. He was also a key member of the Saskatchewan Party war rooms for the successful 2011, 2016, and 2020 election campaigns.
Graham grew up in Weyburn, and holds a bachelor of arts (BA) degree in political science from the University of Regina. Along with his wife and two children, he lives just outside of the provincial capital, where he and his family enjoy their passion for horses, rodeo, and the western lifestyle. Graham is a firefighter with the Vibank Volunteer Fire Department.
