Krista Hudson is a public affairs and communications professional based in Calgary with a strong background in government relations strategy development.
Before joining CSG, Krista worked in the post-secondary landscape, supporting municipal advocacy strategies and initiatives. She also brings extensive experience in issues management and crisis communications, having worked with a national public affairs firm. She is skilled in building effective communications, stakeholder engagement, and public consultation strategies across various sectors.
Before pursuing higher education, she spent 15 years managing events for commercial property management firms in Calgary and as a stage manager for live theatre productions. Her international experience includes a role at the Old Vic Theatre in London, UK, where she created and produced a show highlighting the talents of the Front of House Staff.
Krista is actively involved as Board Chair at Handsome Alice, a Calgary-based independent theatre company dedicated to amplifying women’s voices in the arts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Calgary and a certificate in Public Policy Analysis from the London School of Economics.
